4. Setup

4.1 Adding Engine Oil

Before first use, the engine must be filled with the recommended oil. Use SAE 10W-30 or 5W-30 engine oil. Do not overfill.

1. Place the generator on a level surface.
2. Remove the oil fill cap/dipstick.
3. Using the provided funnel, slowly pour the correct amount of oil into the engine until it reaches the upper limit mark on the dipstick.
4. Replace the oil fill cap/dipstick securely.

4.2 Adding Fuel

Use fresh, unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher. Do not use E85 fuel.

1. Ensure the engine is off and cooled before refueling.
2. Remove the fuel cap.
3. Slowly add gasoline to the fuel tank, being careful not to overfill.
4. Securely replace the fuel cap.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Starting the Generator

Follow these steps for an easy start:

1. Ensure the generator is on a level outdoor surface, away from any obstructions.
2. Turn the engine switch to the 'ON' position.
3. Pull the choke lever to the 'CHOKE' position.
4. Firmly pull the recoil starter handle until the engine starts.
5. Once the engine is running smoothly, gradually push the choke lever back to the 'RUN' position.

5.2 ECO Mode Operation
