3. Setup Guide
3.1 Charging the Printer
Before first use, ensure the printer is fully charged. Connect the provided USB data cable to the printer's USB Type-C port and the adapter, then plug it into a power outlet. The 2600mAh rechargeable battery provides up to 3 hours of non-stop printing (approximately 360+ sheets).
Note: Do not use chargers with an output above 5V. Fast charging is not supported.

3.2 Loading Thermal Paper
- Press the two buttons on the front of the printer to open the paper compartment.
- Insert the thermal paper roll into the designated slot. Ensure the paper feeds smoothly and is aligned correctly.
- Pull a small length of paper forward, then close the printer cover tightly until it clicks into place.
Important: This printer only supports thermal paper. Regular (copy) paper is not compatible.

3.3 Connecting to Your Device
The Phomemo M832 offers both wireless (Bluetooth) and wired (USB) connectivity.
3.3.1 Bluetooth Connection (for Smartphones/Tablets)
- Download the "Phomemo" app from the App Store (iOS 10 and above) or Google Play Store (Android 8 and above).
- Turn on the printer by pressing the power button.
- Open the Phomemo app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to the M832 via Bluetooth.
Note: Connect via Bluetooth only through the Phomemo app, not directly from your phone or tablet's Bluetooth settings.

3.3.2 USB Connection (for Laptops/PCs)
- Connect the printer to your laptop or PC using the provided USB data cable.
- Install the appropriate driver for your operating system (Windows 7/8/10/11 and above, macOS 10.14 and above, Linux). Drivers can be downloaded from the official Phomemo website.
- Once the driver is installed, the printer will be recognized by your computer.
Note: USB connection is not supported for Bluetooth pairing on laptops/PCs. Ensure you download the correct driver for your device's operating system.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Printing Documents
The Phomemo M832 allows you to print documents, images, and PDFs directly from your connected device.
- Ensure the printer is powered on and connected to your device (via Bluetooth app or USB).
- Open the document or image you wish to print.
- Select the print option from your application or the Phomemo app.
- Adjust print settings such as paper size and print quality (up to 300 dpi for crisp results) as needed.
- Initiate the print job. The printer will automatically feed and print on the thermal paper.

Note: The M832 is a monochrome printer and only prints in black and white.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning the Print Head
To ensure optimal print quality and prolong the life of your printer, regularly clean the print head.
- Turn off the printer and disconnect it from the power source.
- Open the paper compartment.
- Gently wipe the cut parts of the printer, especially the black lines on the print head, with an alcohol cotton swab.
- Ensure there is no adhesive or foreign object on the print head.
- Allow the print head to dry completely before closing the cover and resuming use.
Caution: Do not scratch the print head with any hard objects.
5.2 Storage and Portability
The M832 comes with a protective case designed to store the printer, thermal paper, USB cable, and adapter. This case helps prevent damage and keeps accessories organized, making it ideal for travel.

6. Troubleshooting
