Setup

Initial Setup (Plug and Play)

  1. Ensure the remote control has its battery installed. The remote comes with a battery pre-installed.
  2. Plug the BN-LINK Remote Control Outlet into a standard 3-prong electrical wall outlet.
  3. Plug the appliance or device you wish to control into the BN-LINK Remote Control Outlet.
  4. Use the ON/OFF buttons on the remote control to operate the connected device. The outlet and remote are pre-paired for immediate use.

Pairing/Re-pairing Remote

If the remote and outlet lose connection or if you wish to pair a new remote, follow these steps:

  1. Unplug the outlet receiver from the power socket.
  2. Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the outlet receiver.
  3. While still holding the button, plug the outlet receiver back into a power socket. Continue holding the button until the indicator light flashes.
  4. Once the indicator light stops flashing, release the button. The reset process is complete.
  5. To pair, press the 'ON' button on your remote control within 5 seconds of plugging in the outlet. The outlet's indicator light will flash to confirm successful pairing.

Operating Instructions

Manual Control

The BN-LINK Remote Control Outlet features a manual ON/OFF button located on the top of the unit. Press this button to toggle power to the connected device directly at the outlet.

Remote Control

Use the provided wireless remote to turn your connected devices ON or OFF from a distance. The remote has two buttons: 'ON' and 'OFF'.
