2.2 Physical Installation
The ECW536 is designed for effortless ceiling mounting. Ensure the chosen location provides optimal Wi-Fi coverage and is within reach of necessary power and network connections.
- Attach the mounting bracket to the desired ceiling location using appropriate hardware (not included).
- Connect the Ethernet cable(s) to the 10GE ports on the access point.
- If not using Power over Ethernet (PoE++), connect a 12VDC / 3A power adapter (not included) to the DC-In connector.
- Align the access point with the mounting bracket and twist to secure it in place.

5.1 Factory Reset
To perform a factory reset, locate the reset button on the device (refer to the hardware overview in Section 6). Use a paperclip or similar pointed object to press and hold the reset button for approximately 10 seconds until the LED indicator changes, then release. The device will reboot with factory default settings.
