Important Safety Instructions

Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the air purifier from its packaging. Retain packaging materials for future storage or transport.

Operating Instructions

  • Child Lock Button (🔒): Press and hold for 3 seconds to activate/deactivate the child lock, preventing accidental changes to settings.
  • Filter Reset Indicator (🖨): Illuminates when the filter needs replacement. After replacing the filter, press and hold this button for 3 seconds to reset the filter life counter.

Remote Control Functions:

The remote control duplicates most functions of the control panel for convenient operation from a distance. Ensure the remote control has working batteries (not included, typically 2x AAA). Point the remote control towards the air purifier's display panel.

  • Power (): Turns the unit ON/OFF.
  • Fan Speed (💨): Adjusts fan speed.
  • Auto Mode (A): Activates Auto Mode.
  • Timer (🕒): Sets the timer.
  • Sleep Mode (🌙): Activates Sleep Mode.
  • Child Lock (🔒): Activates/deactivates child lock.
  • Light Control (💡): Turns the display lights ON/OFF.
  • +/- Buttons: Used for adjusting timer settings or other numerical inputs if applicable.

Air Quality Indicator:

The digital display on the unit shows the current air quality level, often indicated by a numerical value (e.g., PM2.5 concentration) and/or a color-coded light. Refer to the following general guide:

  • Green/Blue: Good air quality.
  • Purple/Yellow: Moderate air quality.
  • Red: Poor air quality.

In Auto Mode, the fan speed will increase as air quality deteriorates and decrease as it improves.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air purifier.

Cleaning the Unit:

  • Always unplug the air purifier before cleaning.
  • Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents.
  • Gently vacuum the air inlet and outlet grilles to remove dust buildup.

Filter Replacement:

The filter life depends on air quality and usage. The filter replacement indicator will illuminate when it's time to change the filter (approximately every 6-8 months under normal use).

  1. Unplug the air purifier from the power outlet.
  2. Locate the filter compartment cover (usually at the bottom or back of the unit). Open or remove it according to the unit's design.
  3. Remove the old filter. Dispose of it properly.
  4. Unpack the new filter and insert it into the compartment, ensuring correct orientation.
  5. Close or reattach the filter compartment cover.
  6. Plug the air purifier back in.
  7. Press and hold the Filter Reset button on the control panel for 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off. This resets the filter life counter.

Note: Do not wash the filter. Replacement filters can be purchased from authorized VCK retailers or the VCK official store.

Troubleshooting
