Setup
1. Unpacking and Component Check
Carefully unpack all components and verify against the packing list. Ensure all parts, including the seat, slider rails, and mounting hardware, are present and undamaged.
2. Attaching Seat Sliders
The ERS3 seat is designed to be compatible with various sim racing cockpits. The seat includes pre-installed slider rails for forward and backward adjustment. Before installation, ensure the slider rails are properly opened and functional.
Video 1: This video tutorial demonstrates how to properly open the seat slide rail mechanism before installation, a crucial step for assembling racing seats.
Attach the slider rails to the seat base using the provided hardware. Ensure the U-shaped regulator is correctly positioned for easy adjustment.
3. Installing Mounting Brackets
Align the mounting brackets with the designated holes on the seat base and secure them using the appropriate screws. The brackets offer three locations for tilt adjustment, allowing you to customize the seat angle. Note that the lowest tilt adjustment hole at the rear may not be usable due to hardware clearance issues with some setups.
Video 2: This detailed installation guide for racing seats shows the process of attaching mounting brackets and securing the seat to a vehicle or sim rig.
4. Mounting the Seat to a Cockpit/Rig
Once the sliders and brackets are attached, carefully position the seat onto your sim racing cockpit or vehicle. Secure the seat using the appropriate mounting points on your rig. Ensure all connections are tight and stable before use.

- Recline Adjustment: The ERS3 features double recliners for enhanced strength and durability. Use the recline levers on the sides of the seat to adjust the backrest angle for optimal comfort during long racing sessions.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
- PU Leather: Wipe down with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution and wipe dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Fabric Areas: Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to remove dust and debris. Spot clean with a fabric cleaner as needed, following the product instructions.
2. General Care
Regularly inspect all bolts and connections to ensure they remain tight. Periodically check the slider and recline mechanisms for smooth operation. Replace any worn or damaged parts promptly to maintain safety and performance.
Troubleshooting
- Insufficient Lumbar Support: While the seat offers ergonomic design, individual preferences vary. Consider purchasing an external lumbar support cushion if additional support is desired.
- Difficulty with Installation/Fit: Ensure the seat is compatible with your specific cockpit or vehicle model. If custom fabrication is required for mounting, it is recommended to consult with a professional.
- Slider Mechanism Sticking: Check for any obstructions in the slider tracks. Clean the tracks and apply a silicone-based lubricant if necessary.
