3. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your IBELL WIND20 Pressure Washer before first use.
3.1 Attaching the Handle and Holders
- Carefully remove the pressure washer unit and all accessories from the packaging.
- Attach the handle to the top of the main unit. Secure it with the provided screws using a screwdriver.
- Install the pressure gun holder and pressure hose holder onto the designated slots on the side of the unit.

3.2 Connecting the Water Inlet
- Remove the protective cap from the water inlet on the pressure washer unit.
- Insert the water inlet filter into the water inlet.
- Attach the inlet connector (yellow part) to the water inlet filter. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Connect your garden hose (not included) to the inlet connector.
3.3 Connecting the High-Pressure Hose and Spray Gun
- Connect one end of the 5-meter high-pressure outlet hose to the high-pressure outlet on the pressure washer unit. Tighten securely.
- Connect the other end of the high-pressure hose to the spray gun.
- Attach the mid lance connector to the spray gun.
- Attach the adjustable nozzle or foam bottle to the mid lance connector, depending on your cleaning task.
4. Operating Instructions
Once assembled, follow these steps to operate your pressure washer safely and effectively.
4.1 Starting the Pressure Washer
- Ensure the water supply is turned on and there are no kinks in the hose.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable 240V electrical outlet.
- Press the ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position. The motor will start.
- Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to begin spraying water. The pump will automatically shut off when the trigger is released.
4.2 Using the Adjustable Nozzle
The adjustable nozzle allows you to change the spray pattern from a concentrated jet to a wide fan spray. Rotate the nozzle head to select the desired spray pattern for your cleaning application.

4.3 Using the Foam Bottle
For deep cleaning and applying detergents, attach the foam bottle to the mid lance connector. Fill the foam bottle with appropriate pressure washer detergent. The pressure washer will mix the detergent with water to create a rich foam for effective cleaning.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your pressure washer.
5.1 Cleaning the Water Inlet Filter
Periodically check and clean the water inlet filter to prevent debris from entering the pump. Remove the filter, rinse it under running water, and reinsert it.
5.2 Storage
Before storing, ensure all water is drained from the unit and hoses. Store the pressure washer in a dry, frost-free location. Disconnect all hoses and accessories and store them neatly on the unit's holders.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your IBELL WIND20 Pressure Washer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- No Power: Check the power connection and ensure the ON/OFF switch is in the 'ON' position. Verify the electrical outlet is functioning.
- No Water Pressure: Ensure the water supply is fully open and the water inlet filter is clean and not clogged. Check for kinks in the water hose.
- Motor Runs but No Water: Ensure all air is purged from the system by running water through the unit with the spray gun trigger open before turning on the motor.
- Water Leaks: Check all hose connections for tightness. Ensure O-rings are properly seated and not damaged.
