The feeder supports dual power modes: plug-in power and 3 C backup batteries (not included). For continuous operation, it is recommended to use both. After connecting to power, please wait approximately 30 seconds for the green indicator light to flash slowly, indicating the device is starting up.

3.3 App Installation and Connection
Download the dedicated Sandpoy app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect the feeder to your home Wi-Fi network. Ensure your Wi-Fi is stable for optimal performance.

4.1 Setting Feeding Schedule
Use the app to customize your pet's feeding schedule. You can set 1-5 meals per day and 1-10 portions per meal, ensuring a balanced diet and preventing overeating.

4.2 Remote Monitoring (Camera)
The integrated 1080P HD camera allows you to view your pet in real-time, even in low-light conditions thanks to night vision. Monitor their eating habits and well-being directly from the app.

4.3 Two-Way Audio and Voice Recording
Utilize the two-way audio feature to speak to your pet and hear their responses. You can also record a 15-second meal call to play at feeding times, making your pet feel cared for even when you're not home.

4.4 Manual Feeding and Smart Notifications
Dispense extra treats manually via the app or directly on the feeder. The feeder sends smart notifications to your phone for low food levels, blocked food outlets, or other anomalies, ensuring timely intervention.

The feeder boasts a 6-liter capacity, sufficient for a 12-pound cat for 31 days or a 22-pound dog for 15 days. Its 360° sealed lid and included desiccant bag maintain food freshness and crispness.

The feeder is designed with a 45° slope and wide food outlet to ensure smooth dispensing. It is compatible with dry pet treats and kibble ranging from 5-16mm (0.19-0.62 inches). Do not use wet food or kibble sizes over 16mm to prevent blockages.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
The food bowl is dishwasher-safe for convenient cleaning. The main feeder unit should be hand washed only. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembly.
6.2 Desiccant Bag Replacement
To maintain food freshness, it is recommended to replace the desiccant bag located in the lid once every 15 days.
