1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your Vente-unique DESADO bed. The DESADO bed features integrated nightstands, LED lighting, and is designed for a 160 x 200 cm mattress and slatted base. Please read these instructions carefully before beginning assembly and retain them for future reference.

2. Safety Information

• Always assemble the bed on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
• Ensure all components are present and undamaged before assembly. Do not proceed with assembly if any parts are missing or damaged.
• Tighten all screws and fasteners securely, but do not overtighten to avoid damaging the material.
• Keep small parts and packaging materials away from children to prevent choking hazards.
• The bed is designed for a maximum weight capacity of 250 kg (for the slatted base). Do not exceed this limit.
• The LED lighting system operates on a standard power outlet. Ensure the power cord is not pinched or damaged during assembly or use.

4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly requires two people. Please follow the steps below carefully. Refer to the provided diagram for component identification and placement.

1. Prepare the Area: Clear a spacious area for assembly. Lay down a blanket or cardboard to protect the floor and furniture components.
2. Identify Components: Unpack all boxes and identify each component using the provided parts list (if separate) and the assembly diagram.
3. Assemble the Headboard: Attach the headboard panels together as indicated in the diagram. Ensure the LED channel is correctly positioned.
4. Attach Side Rails and Footboard: Connect the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the designated hardware. Ensure the frame is square and stable.
5. Install Integrated Nightstands: Secure the nightstand structures to the main bed frame, typically on either side of the headboard.
6. Assemble and Insert Drawers: Assemble the two drawers for the nightstands. Insert them into their respective compartments. Ensure they slide smoothly. Each drawer has a maximum load capacity of 2 kg.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. LED Lighting

The DESADO bed features integrated white LED lighting (12W) for ambient illumination.

• Power Connection: Plug the LED power adapter into a standard wall outlet.
• Operation: The LED lights are controlled by an integrated switch, typically located on the headboard or near one of the nightstands. Press the switch to turn the lights ON or OFF.

5.2. Integrated Nightstand Drawers

The two integrated nightstands each feature a sliding drawer for convenient storage.

• Opening/Closing: Gently pull the drawer handle to open and push to close.
• Load Capacity: Each drawer has a maximum load capacity of 2 kg. Do not overload the drawers to ensure smooth operation and prevent damage.

• For general cleaning, wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.
