Setup

1. Charging the Headphones

1. Connect the small end of the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on your headphones.
2. Connect the larger end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
3. The LED indicator will illuminate to show charging status. Once fully charged, the indicator may change color or turn off.

2. Powering On/Off

1. To power on, press and hold the Power Button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator lights up.
2. To power off, press and hold the Power Button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator turns off.

3. Bluetooth Pairing (Wireless Connection)

1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
2. Press and hold the Power Button for approximately 5-7 seconds until the LED indicator flashes rapidly, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your audio device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select "STF Soar" from the list of detected devices to connect.
5. Once successfully paired, the LED indicator will typically show a slow flash or solid light.

4. Wired Connection

1. Insert one end of the provided 3.5mm audio cable into the 3.5mm audio jack on your headphones.
2. Insert the other end of the cable into the audio output jack of your desired audio source.
3. The headphones will automatically switch to wired mode. Bluetooth functionality will be disabled when the audio cable is connected.

Operating Instructions

Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Press the Multi-function Button once.
• Next Track: Press and hold the Volume Up Button.
• Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume Down Button.
• Volume Up: Short press the Volume Up Button.
• Volume Down: Short press the Volume Down Button.

Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Press the Multi-function Button once.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the Multi-function Button for approximately 2 seconds.

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

• To activate ANC, press the ANC Button once. An indicator light will confirm ANC is active.
• To deactivate ANC, press the ANC Button once again. The indicator light will turn off.

Maintenance

Proper care ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your headphones.

• Clean the headphones regularly with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals.
• Do not expose the headphones to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
• Store the headphones in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the headphones to strong impacts.

Troubleshooting

Headphones do not power on:

Ensure the headphones are fully charged. Connect them to a power source and allow sufficient time for charging.

No sound or low volume:

Check the volume levels on both the headphones and your connected audio device. Ensure the headphones are properly connected via Bluetooth or the 3.5mm audio cable.

Cannot pair via Bluetooth:

Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode (rapidly flashing LED). Turn off and then re-enable Bluetooth on your device. Try clearing previous Bluetooth pairings on your device. Ensure the headphones are not connected to another device.

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is not working:

Verify that the ANC feature is activated using the ANC button. Ensure the headphone battery has sufficient charge.
