3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all packaging materials. Inspect the freezer for any damage that may have occurred during transit. Report any damage to your supplier immediately.

The control panel, typically located at the top of the appliance, allows you to adjust the temperature and activate special functions. Refer to the display for current temperature readings and status indicators.
4.2 Temperature Setting
Use the control buttons to set your desired freezing temperature. The recommended temperature for long-term storage of frozen food is -18°C (0°F) or colder. Allow several hours for the freezer to reach the newly set temperature.
4.3 Food Storage
The freezer is equipped with 6 drawers for organized storage. Ensure food is properly packaged to prevent freezer burn and odor transfer. Do not overload the drawers, allowing for proper air circulation. For optimal freezing, place fresh food in the upper compartments first.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
Before cleaning, always unplug the freezer from the power supply. Clean the interior and exterior surfaces regularly with a soft cloth and a mild detergent solution. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure no water enters the electrical components.
5.2 Defrosting
If ice builds up to a thickness of 5mm or more, defrost the freezer. Unplug the appliance, remove all food, and leave the door open. Place towels at the bottom to absorb melting ice. Once defrosted, clean and dry the interior thoroughly before plugging it back in and returning food.
6. Troubleshooting
- Freezer not cooling: Check if the power cord is securely plugged in. Verify the circuit breaker. Ensure the temperature setting is correct.
- Unusual noises: Minor noises are normal during operation. If loud or persistent, check if the appliance is level or if anything is touching the back.
- Excessive ice build-up: Ensure the door seal is intact and the door is closing properly. Avoid leaving the door open for extended periods.
