Setup

Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. The built-in rechargeable battery provides up to 11 hours of playback.

  1. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the POWER IN port on the speaker.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a suitable USB power adapter (not included).
  3. The charging indicator will show the charging status. Once fully charged, the indicator will change (refer to the speaker's display for details).

Powering On/Off

  • To power on, press and hold the Power Button on the top panel until the display lights up.
  • To power off, press and hold the Power Button again until the display turns off.

Bluetooth Pairing

Connect your device wirelessly via Bluetooth for audio playback.

  1. Turn on the speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode (indicated by a flashing "BLUE" on the display).
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "Trust Azura" from the list of devices.
  4. Once paired, the "BLUE" indicator on the speaker's display will stop flashing and remain solid. The speaker has a Bluetooth range of up to 10 meters.

True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

For an enhanced stereo experience, you can pair two Trust Azura speakers together.

  1. Ensure both Trust Azura speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
  2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press the TWS Button. The speaker will emit a sound indicating it's searching for another TWS speaker.
  3. On the second speaker, press the TWS Button. The two speakers will automatically connect.
  4. Once connected, the primary speaker will indicate successful TWS pairing. You can now connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described above.

Operating Instructions

Playing Music

  • Bluetooth: After successful pairing, start playing music on your connected device. Use the speaker's Play/Pause and Previous/Next Track buttons, or control playback from your device.
  • AUX Input: Connect an audio device using a 3.5mm AUX cable to the AUX IN port. Press the Mode Button until "AUX" is displayed.
  • USB Media: Insert a USB memory stick into the USB MEDIA port. The speaker will automatically switch to USB mode and begin playing supported audio files. If not, press the Mode Button.
  • Micro-SD Card: Insert a Micro-SD card into the MEM CARD slot. The speaker will automatically switch to Micro-SD mode and begin playing supported audio files. If not, press the Mode Button.

Adjusting Volume and Tracks

  • Use the VOL- and VOL+ buttons on the top panel to adjust the main speaker volume.
  • Use the Previous Track and Next Track buttons to navigate through your music.

Using Microphones for Karaoke

The speaker features two microphone inputs for karaoke or public address.

  1. Connect up to two 6.3mm microphones (not included) to the MIC 1 and MIC 2 ports.
  2. Use the MIC- and MIC+ buttons to adjust the microphone volume.
  3. Use the ECHO- and ECHO+ buttons to add or reduce echo effect to the microphone audio.

RGB LED Light Modes

Enhance your audio experience with dynamic RGB LED lighting.

  • Press the Light Mode Button to cycle through various pre-set RGB lighting effects.
  • Some light modes respond to the beat of the music.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Wipe the speaker with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Water Resistance (IPX4)

The Trust Azura speaker is IPX4 water-resistant, meaning it is protected against splashing water from any direction. This makes it suitable for outdoor use where light rain or splashes may occur. However, it is not designed to be submerged in water.

Storage

Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use for extended periods.

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible Solution
Speaker does not turn on.Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the speaker to a power source and try again.
Cannot pair via Bluetooth.
  • Ensure the speaker is in Bluetooth pairing mode (flashing "BLUE").
  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Move the speaker closer to your device (within 10 meters).
  • Forget "Trust Azura" from your device's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
No sound from speaker.
  • Check the volume level on both the speaker and your connected device.
  • Ensure the correct input mode (Bluetooth, AUX, USB, Micro-SD) is selected.
  • If using AUX, check the cable connection.
Microphone not working.
  • Ensure the microphone is properly connected to the MIC 1 or MIC 2 port.
  • Adjust the MIC+ volume.
  • Test with another microphone if available.
TWS pairing fails.
  • Ensure both speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
  • Place speakers close to each other during pairing.
  • Try resetting both speakers and repeating the TWS pairing process.
