4. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your KEMPER PK5808 Portable 2-Burner Gas Stove:
- Unfold the Stove: Place the stove on a stable, level surface. Unlatch the side clips and unfold the stove to reveal the two burners and pot supports. Ensure the pot supports are securely in place.

5. Operation
To operate your KEMPER PK5808 Portable 2-Burner Gas Stove:
- Place Cookware: Place your pot or pan securely on the pot support over the desired burner.
- Open Gas Valve: Slowly turn the control knob for the desired burner counter-clockwise to release gas. You should hear a faint hissing sound.
- Ignite Burner: The stove features automatic piezo ignition. Continue turning the control knob counter-clockwise past the 'click' point to ignite the burner. If it doesn't light immediately, repeat the process.
- Adjust Flame: Once lit, adjust the flame intensity by turning the control knob.
- Turn Off: To turn off the burner, turn the control knob clockwise until the flame extinguishes and the knob is in the 'OFF' position.
- Disconnect Gas: After cooking and once the stove has cooled, turn off both burner control knobs. Then, carefully unscrew the gas cartridge from the hose.
