- Turn on the jump starter unit.
- Attempt to start your vehicle. If it doesn't start immediately, wait 30 seconds before trying again. Do not crank for more than 5 seconds per attempt.
- Once the vehicle starts, immediately disconnect the black (-) clamp from the vehicle chassis, then disconnect the red (+) clamp from the battery.
- Turn off the jump starter unit.
