2. Safety Warnings
- Anchoring: Always secure the gazebo to the ground using appropriate anchors, such as concrete anchors, to prevent wind damage or collapse.
- Wind Conditions: In strong wind conditions, it is recommended to dismantle the gazebo or at least remove the roof cover and sidewalls to prevent damage.
- Snow Load: Do not allow snow to accumulate on the roof. Heavy snow loads can cause the structure to collapse.
- Fire Hazard: Keep all heat sources, including barbecues, heaters, and open flames, away from the gazebo fabric. The fabric is not fireproof.
- Assembly: Assembly should ideally be performed by two adults to ensure safety and ease of installation.
- Water Accumulation: Ensure the roof cover is properly tensioned to prevent water from pooling, which can lead to structural stress and damage.
3. Package Contents
Verify that all components listed below are present and undamaged before beginning assembly. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact TOOLPORT customer support.

4. Assembly Instructions
Assembly typically takes approximately 30 minutes with two people. Follow these steps carefully:
- Unpack Components: Lay out all parts on a clean, flat surface. Identify each component using the provided parts list.
- Assemble the Steel Frame: Connect the steel frame components using the click system. Ensure all connections are secure. The round steel profiles are approximately 48 mm in diameter and 0.8 mm thick.
- Attach the Roof Cover: Carefully place the polyester roof cover over the assembled frame. Ensure the cover is centered and evenly distributed. The roof cover features welded seams and is 100% waterproof with a PU coating.
- Adjust Roof Tension: The roof cover offers three adjustment positions to properly tension the canvas on the structure. Adjust as needed to prevent water pooling.
- Install Sidewalls: Attach the four side panels to the curtain rod system. The sidewalls are made of approximately 160 g/m² polyester with PU coating and protect against wind, rain, and prying eyes.
- Secure Sidewalls: The sidewalls can be closed completely with zippers and secured to the leg posts using integrated straps.
- Anchor the Gazebo: Use the provided concrete anchors to firmly secure the gazebo's leg base plates to the ground. This is crucial for stability and safety.

5. Operating Instructions
- Usage: The gazebo is intended for temporary or semi-permanent outdoor use as a shelter for relaxation, dining, or events.
- Sidewalls: The four sidewalls can be opened, closed, or removed as needed to adapt to weather conditions or privacy requirements. Use the zippers to close them completely.
- Roof Tension: Periodically check the roof cover tension, especially after heavy rain, and adjust if necessary to maintain proper drainage.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning Fabric: Clean the roof cover and sidewalls with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the PU coating and fabric. Allow to air dry completely before storage.
- Cleaning Frame: Wipe the steel frame with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. The powder coating protects against corrosion, but regular cleaning helps maintain its appearance.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect all frame connections, anchors, and fabric for any signs of wear, damage, or loosening. Address any issues promptly.
7. Storage
For prolonged periods of non-use or during severe weather conditions, it is recommended to dismantle and store the gazebo. The separate posts allow for space-saving storage.
- Ensure all fabric components (roof cover, sidewalls) are clean and completely dry before folding and storing to prevent mold and mildew.
- Store the frame components in a dry, protected area to prevent rust or damage.
8. Troubleshooting
- Gazebo Instability: Ensure all frame connections are fully engaged and secured. Verify that the gazebo is properly anchored to the ground.
- Water Pooling on Roof: Adjust the roof cover tension using the three available positions to create sufficient slope for water runoff.
- Difficulty with Zippers: Ensure the fabric is not caught in the zipper. Apply a silicone-based lubricant if zippers are stiff.
- Fabric Tears/Damage: Small tears can often be repaired with a suitable fabric repair kit. For significant damage, replacement parts may be necessary.
