  2. Download and install the app on your smartphone or tablet.
  3. Register for a new account or log in if you already have one.

5.2 Connect the Smart Plug

  1. Plug the Woox R6128 Smart Plug into a standard Type E wall outlet.
  2. Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. (The smart plug does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi).
  3. Open the Woox Home app.
  4. Tap the "+" icon in the top right corner to add a new device.
  5. Select "Electrical" or "Socket (Wi-Fi)" from the device list.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to put the smart plug into pairing mode. This usually involves pressing and holding the power button on the plug for 5-10 seconds until the indicator light blinks rapidly.
  7. Confirm the indicator light is blinking rapidly in the app.
  8. Enter your Wi-Fi network password.
  9. Wait for the app to connect to the smart plug. Once connected, the indicator light will stop blinking and remain solid.
  10. You can rename the device for easier identification (e.g., "Living Room Lamp").

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Manual Control

  • Press the physical power button on the smart plug to manually turn the connected appliance on or off.

6.2 App Control

  • Open the Woox Home app and select your smart plug from the device list.
  • Tap the power icon to toggle the connected appliance on or off remotely.

  1. Ensure your Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant device is set up and linked to your Woox Home account. Refer to the respective assistant's app for linking instructions.

6.4 Energy Monitoring

  • Within the Woox Home app, select your smart plug.

  • Keep the smart plug clean and dry.
  • Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

8. Troubleshooting

8.1 Device Not Connecting to Wi-Fi

  • Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. The smart plug does not support 5GHz networks.
