- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.

Setup and First Use
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials from the air fryer and its accessories. Ensure all parts are present.
- Cleaning: Before first use, wash the cooking basket and crisper plate thoroughly with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth.
- Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to allow for proper air circulation. Ensure there is at least 5 inches (13 cm) of space behind and above the unit.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Initial Run (Optional but Recommended): For the first use, it is recommended to run the air fryer empty for 10-15 minutes at 200°C (390°F) to eliminate any manufacturing odors. A slight smell may be present, which is normal and will dissipate.
Operating Instructions
The Cosori Turbo Blaze Chef Edition Air Fryer features intuitive controls for various cooking functions.
Control Panel Overview:
- Power Button: Turns the unit on/off.
- Temperature Controls: Adjust temperature up/down.
- Time Controls: Adjust cooking time up/down.
- Preset Functions: Dedicated buttons for common foods (e.g., Air Fry, Roast, Bake, Grill, Frozen, Reheat, Warm, Proof).
- Shake Reminder: Icon indicating when to shake the basket for even cooking.
Basic Operation:
- Prepare Food: Place food in the cooking basket. Do not overfill the basket to ensure proper air circulation.
- Insert Basket: Slide the cooking basket firmly into the main unit.
- Power On: Press the Power button to turn on the air fryer.
- Select Function:
- Using Presets: Select a desired preset function (e.g., "Air Fry"). The air fryer will automatically set a default time and temperature.
- Manual Setting: Use the Temperature and Time controls to set your desired cooking temperature and time.
- Start Cooking: Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
- Shake Reminder: For some foods, the air fryer may beep and display a "SHAKE" icon. Carefully remove the basket, shake the contents, and reinsert the basket to resume cooking.
- Completion: The air fryer will beep when cooking is complete. Carefully pull out the basket and remove food using tongs.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Basket and Crisper Plate:
- Wash the cooking basket and crisper plate with warm, soapy water. Use a non-abrasive sponge.
- For stubborn food residue, soak the basket and plate in warm water for about 10 minutes before cleaning.
- These parts are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to preserve the non-stick coating.
- Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling.
- Interior of the Unit:
- Wipe the interior with a damp cloth or non-abrasive sponge.
- For heavily soiled areas, a small amount of mild dish soap can be used.
- Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
- Exterior of the Unit:
- Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may damage the finish.
- Heating Element: If necessary, gently clean the heating element with a soft brush to remove any food particles. Do not use water or liquid cleaners directly on the heating element.
