Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the waffle maker and all accessories from the packaging.

Operating Instructions
1. Preheating
- Close the waffle maker and plug it in. The red power indicator light will illuminate.
- Turn the temperature control knob to your desired setting (Min to Max).
- Allow the appliance to preheat for approximately 2-3 minutes until the green 'Ready' indicator light illuminates. This signals that the plates have reached the optimal cooking temperature.
2. Adjusting Browning Control
- Use the temperature control knob to select your preferred browning level, from light to dark.
3. Making Waffles and Omelets
- Once the green 'Ready' light is on, open the top plate.
- Pour the waffle batter onto the waffle plate (bottom side) and/or the omelet mixture onto the omelet plate (top side). Be careful not to overfill, as batter may overflow.
- Close the top plate and secure the handle lock.
- After approximately 2.5 minutes (or when the green 'Ready' light turns off), rotate the unit 180° using the cool-touch handle to ensure even cooking on both sides.
- Continue cooking for another 2.5 minutes (or until the green 'Ready' light illuminates again).
- Open the waffle maker and carefully remove your cooked waffle and/or omelet using a non-metallic utensil.

Waffles
- 450 ml flour
- 240 ml milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 5 tsp dry yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
Directions:
- Stir the eggs until frothy and melt the butter.
- Combine egg, butter, milk, sugar, and stir.
- Mix the flour and dry yeast into the previously stirred liquid.
- Ferment for 15-30 minutes.
Omelet
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Shredded cheese / diced ham / herbs / greens (options)
Directions:
- Combine the eggs and salt, beating rapidly for 15 seconds until the egg whites and yolks are fully combined.
- Add your desired toppings to the egg mixture: diced ham, shredded cheese, onions, etc.
- Evenly butter the preheated omelet plate and pour the egg mixture in.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Cool Down: Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Clean Plates: The non-stick plates are non-removable. Simply wipe them with a damp cloth or sponge. For stubborn residue, use a small amount of mild dish soap and a non-abrasive sponge, then wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Drip Tray: The removable drip tray can be easily removed and washed with warm, soapy water or wiped with a damp rag. Ensure it is dry before reinserting.
