1. Introduction and Overview

2. Setup
2.1 Unpacking
Remove all packaging materials, including plastic wraps, tags, and protective inserts, before first use. Inspect the suitcase for any signs of damage that may have occurred during shipping.
2.2 Setting the TSA Combination Lock
Your Samsonite Intuo suitcase is equipped with an integrated TSA-approved combination lock. The initial combination is set to 0-0-0.
- Open the lock by sliding the button (A) in the direction of the arrow. The zipper pullers (B) will release.
- With the lock open, push the small reset button (C) with a pen or pointed object until you hear a 'click'.
- Set your desired 3-digit combination by turning the dials (D).
- Pull the button (A) again in the direction of the arrow. The reset button (C) will pop back out, and you will hear another 'click'. Your new combination is now set.
- Test your new combination to ensure it works correctly before scrambling the dials.

Important: Do not forget your combination. There is no master key provided for personal use. TSA agents can open the lock using a special key without damaging your luggage.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Using the Telescopic Handle
The suitcase features a multi-stage telescopic handle for comfortable maneuvering. To extend the handle, press the button located on the top of the handle and pull upwards. To retract, press the button and push downwards until it is fully nested.

3.2 Maneuvering with Spinner Wheels
Your Intuo suitcase is equipped with four double spinner wheels, allowing for 360-degree rotation and smooth movement in any direction. For optimal performance, push the suitcase alongside you rather than tilting and pulling it behind you.

3.3 Expanding the Suitcase
To increase the internal packing volume, locate the expansion zipper running along the perimeter of the suitcase. Unzip this zipper to expand the suitcase's depth, providing additional space.

3.4 Internal Organization
The interior of the suitcase is designed for efficient packing. Utilize the fixed divider with two zippered pockets to separate items and the adjustable packing straps to secure your belongings and prevent shifting during transit.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning the Exterior
The HS polypropylene shell can be cleaned with a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the surface. Wipe dry immediately after cleaning.
4.2 Cleaning the Interior
The fabric interior can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Allow the interior to air dry completely before closing the suitcase to prevent mildew.
4.3 Wheel and Zipper Care
Periodically check the wheels for debris such as hair or lint and remove them to ensure smooth rolling. Zippers can be lubricated with a silicone-based spray if they become stiff. Avoid overfilling the suitcase, which can strain zippers.
5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Lock Issues
- Cannot open lock: Ensure the correct 3-digit combination is entered. If you have forgotten the combination, there is no universal reset. You may need to try combinations or contact Samsonite customer service for assistance.
- Lock mechanism feels stiff: Apply a small amount of graphite powder or a silicone-based lubricant to the moving parts of the lock.
5.2 Wheel Issues
- Wheels not rolling smoothly: Check for and remove any debris (e.g., hair, string) wrapped around the wheel axles. Clean the wheels with a damp cloth.
