4. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to properly install the Rhinowalk Front Loader Bicycle Handlebar Mount:
- Prepare Handlebar: Clean the area of your handlebar where the mount will be attached. Ensure it is free from dirt or grease.
- Attach EVA Cushions: Place the EVA cushioning pads between the mount and your handlebar. These pads protect your handlebar's finish and provide a more secure grip.
- Position the Mount: Position the main mount unit on your handlebar, ensuring it is centered and does not obstruct your bike's controls (brakes, shifters, lights).
- Secure Top Straps: Use the provided straps to firmly attach the top part of the mount to your handlebar. Thread the straps through the buckles and pull them tight.
- Secure Bottom Strap: Use the additional strap to secure the bottom part of the mount to your bike's head tube or fork, preventing it from swinging.
- Final Check: Wiggle the mount to ensure it is stable and does not move excessively. Adjust straps as needed for a snug fit.

5. Operating Instructions
Once the mount is securely installed, you can attach your luggage:
- Prepare Luggage: Place your items into a suitable dry bag or roll-top bag. Ensure the bag is rolled tightly to minimize its size and prevent items from shifting.
- Load onto Mount: Position the prepared bag onto the main mount unit.
- Secure Luggage: Use the integrated straps on the mount to firmly secure your bag. Thread the straps over and around the bag, pulling them tight to prevent movement during your ride. Ensure the weight is evenly distributed and does not exceed 5 kg.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the mount with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. For stubborn stains, use mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly and air dry. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect all straps, buckles, and stitching for signs of wear, fraying, or damage. Replace any damaged components immediately.
- Storage: Store the mount in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use to prolong its lifespan.
7. Troubleshooting
- Mount feels loose: Ensure all straps are pulled tight and the EVA cushions are properly positioned. Re-adjust if necessary.
- Difficulty with buckles: Some buckles may be stiff initially. Apply firm, even pressure to open and close them. Avoid forcing them, which could cause damage.
- Luggage shifting: Ensure your bag is tightly rolled and secured with all available straps. Distribute weight evenly within the bag. Do not exceed the maximum load capacity.
- Interference with bike controls: Re-position the mount slightly to ensure full clearance for brake levers, shifters, and cables.
