1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the EUKI X11 Dash Cam. This device is designed to provide comprehensive front and rear video surveillance for your vehicle, ensuring detailed capture of every journey. Featuring 4K/2.5K UHD recording, built-in WiFi, advanced night vision, and 24-hour parking mode, the X11 offers enhanced protection and peace of mind on the road.

2. Setup

Front Camera Installation

The X11 Dash Cam features a compact design for discreet installation. It is recommended to install the dashcam beneath the rearview mirror or on the dashboard to ensure it remains virtually unnoticeable and does not obstruct the driver's field of view.

  1. Clean the desired area on your windshield thoroughly.
  2. Apply one of the provided electrostatic films to the cleaned area. This helps protect your windshield and allows for easier removal if needed.
  3. Peel off the protective backing from one of the 3M adhesive pads.
  4. Attach the adhesive pad to the magnetic bracket of the dashcam.
  5. Firmly press the dashcam with the attached adhesive pad onto the electrostatic film on your windshield. Hold for at least 30 seconds to ensure a secure bond.
  6. Connect the 11.5ft power supply cable to the dashcam's USB-C port.
  7. Route the power cable along the edge of your windshield and dashboard, tucking it into crevices using the provided pry tool for a clean, hidden installation.
  8. Plug the car charger adapter into your vehicle's 12V power outlet.

Rear Camera Installation

The 1080P rear camera provides comprehensive coverage, minimizing blind spots. It can be installed inside your vehicle's rear window for security purposes.

  1. Identify a suitable location on your rear window, ensuring a clear view.
  2. Clean the area thoroughly and apply an electrostatic film if desired.
  3. Attach the rear camera using the provided 3M adhesive pad. The camera's design allows it to be stuck directly against the glass, providing an internal view.
  4. Connect the 18ft rear camera cable to the main dashcam unit (via the 3.5mm jack) and to the rear camera.
  5. Carefully route the rear camera cable along the vehicle's headliner, pillars, and floor trim to conceal it. The included pry tool can assist in tucking the cable neatly.

3. Operating Instructions

Automatic Recording

The EUKI X11 Dash Cam is designed for seamless operation. It will automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle's ignition is turned on, and power off when the ignition is turned off.

This enables you to stream, download, and share your journey's footage directly from your smartphone, providing a streamlined experience for managing settings and recordings.

4. Maintenance

SD Card Formatting

Regularly formatting the SD card is crucial for optimal performance and to ensure proper recording. It is recommended to format the SD card periodically, especially after major incidents or if you experience any recording issues.

  1. Open the JarvisCam app on your smartphone.
  2. Connect your phone to the "X11 Dash Cam" via its built-in Wi-Fi.
  3. Navigate to "Camera Setting" within the app.
  4. Tap on "Format SD Card" and confirm your selection.

5. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your EUKI X11 Dash Cam, please refer to the common problems and solutions below:

Dash cam not powering on.Loose power connection, vehicle's 12V outlet issue.Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the dash cam and the car charger. Check if the 12V outlet is functioning correctly by testing with another device.
Recording stops unexpectedly.SD card full or corrupted, power interruption.Format the SD card regularly (refer to Section 4). Ensure a stable power supply. Replace the SD card if issues persist.
WiFi connection issues.Incorrect WiFi password, interference, app malfunction.Ensure you are connecting to the correct WiFi network (X11 Dash Cam). Restart the dash cam and your phone. Reinstall the JarvisCam app if necessary.
Poor video quality.Dirty lens, incorrect resolution settings, low light conditions.Clean the camera lens with a soft cloth. Check video resolution settings in the JarvisCam app (ensure 4K or 2.5K is selected). Ensure WDR is enabled for low light.
