2. Safety Instructions
Always observe the following safety precautions to prevent electric shock, fire, or injury:
- Power Supply: Ensure the power supply voltage matches the requirements specified on the device.
- Grounding: Always connect the device to a grounded power outlet.
- Ventilation: Do not block ventilation openings. Ensure adequate airflow around the unit to prevent overheating.
- Moisture: Do not expose the device to rain or moisture. Do not use in damp or wet locations.
- Cleaning: Disconnect from power before cleaning. Use a dry cloth only.
- Service: Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself.
- Mounting: When mounting overhead, always use a safety cable. Ensure the mounting surface can support the weight of the fixture.
- Eye Safety: Do not look directly into the LED light source when the fixture is operating, as it can cause eye damage.

4. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your lightmaXX Tour Spot Arc LED fixtures:
- Unpack: Carefully remove the LED fixtures from the flight case.
- Positioning: Place each fixture on a stable, flat surface or mount it securely using appropriate clamps and safety cables to a truss or stand. Ensure the fixture's adjustable bracket is tightened to hold the desired angle.
- Power Connection: Connect the provided power cables to the power input on each fixture and then to a suitable grounded power outlet.
- DMX Connection (Optional): If using DMX control, connect a DMX cable from your DMX controller to the DMX IN port of the first fixture. Then, daisy-chain DMX cables from the DMX OUT of the first fixture to the DMX IN of the next, and so on. Terminate the last fixture in the chain with a DMX terminator if recommended by your DMX controller's manual.

5. Operating
The lightmaXX Tour Spot Arc fixtures can be operated in various modes:
- Standalone Mode:
Each fixture can operate independently using its built-in programs. Use the control panel on the rear of the unit to navigate through menus and select desired colors, fades, or sound-active modes.
- Master/Slave Mode:
Connect multiple fixtures via DMX cables. Set one fixture as the "Master" and the others as "Slave." The slave units will then mimic the master unit's operation, allowing for synchronized lighting effects without a DMX controller.
- DMX Control Mode:
For advanced control, connect the fixtures to a DMX controller. Each fixture will require a unique DMX address. Refer to the DMX channel chart (usually found in a separate DMX manual or on the manufacturer's website) to understand the functions controlled by each DMX channel.
Power on the units after all connections are made. Use the display and buttons on the back of each unit to select the desired operating mode and settings.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your lightmaXX Tour Spot Arc fixtures:
- Cleaning: Periodically clean the exterior of the fixtures with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the lenses are clean for maximum light output.
- Ventilation: Regularly check that the ventilation openings are free from dust and debris. Use compressed air to clear any blockages if necessary.
- Cable Inspection: Inspect power and DMX cables for any signs of damage (cuts, frayed wires) before each use. Replace damaged cables immediately.
- Storage: When not in use, store the fixtures in their original flight case in a dry, cool environment to protect them from dust, moisture, and physical damage.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your lightmaXX Tour Spot Arc fixtures, refer to the following table:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |

| No light output. | Fixture in blackout mode; DMX signal issue; internal fault. | Check display for blackout setting. Verify DMX connections and addresses. Try standalone mode. |
| Fixture not responding to DMX. | Incorrect DMX address; faulty DMX cable; DMX terminator missing/incorrect. | Verify DMX address matches controller. Check DMX cable integrity. Ensure DMX terminator is used on the last fixture. |
