4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is designed to be straightforward and can typically be completed by one person within 30 minutes. All parts are numbered for easy identification.

4.1. Preparation

1. Clear an open area for assembly, preferably near the final placement of the bed.
2. Unpack all components and lay them out on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.

4.2. Assembly Steps

1. Attach Side Rails to Headboard: Align the pre-drilled holes on the side rails with those on the headboard. Secure using the provided bolts and Allen wrench. Ensure a snug fit.
2. Attach Footboard: Connect the footboard to the other end of the side rails, securing with bolts.
3. Install Support Legs: Screw the main support legs into the designated points on the side rails and footboard. Install the central cross support legs to the metal frame for added stability.
4. Place Wooden Slats: The 12 thickened wooden slats are pre-attached with Velcro for easy installation. Simply unroll and press them firmly onto the Velcro strips on the bed frame. The EVA strips between the slats and metal frame provide cushioning to ensure noise-free use.
5. Connect Charging Station: Ensure the charging station is securely integrated into the headboard. Plug the 6.6-foot power cord into a standard wall outlet.

5. Operating Instructions (Charging Station)

The integrated charging station in the headboard provides convenient access to power for your electronic devices.

• AC Outlets: The headboard features two (2) 110V/12A AC outlets. These are suitable for powering lamps, laptops, or other small appliances.
