1. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the mixing bowl, splash cover, dough hook, flat beater, and wire whisk in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the mixer base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the mixer base in water.
- Placement: Place the mixer on a clean, dry, flat, and stable surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the mixer for ventilation and operation.
- Power Connection: Ensure the speed control knob is set to '0' (OFF) before plugging the mixer into a standard electrical outlet.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Attaching and Detaching the Mixing Bowl
- Place the mixing bowl onto the base, aligning the bowl's tabs with the slots on the base.
- Turn the bowl clockwise until it locks securely into place.
- To remove, turn the bowl counter-clockwise and lift it off.
4.2. Tilting the Mixer Head

- Ensure the mixer is unplugged or the speed control is at '0'.
- Press the Rise Button located on the side of the mixer head.
- Gently lift the mixer head until it locks into the tilted position.
- To lower, press the Rise Button again and gently push the mixer head down until it locks into place.
4.3. Attaching and Detaching Accessories
- With the mixer head tilted up, align the accessory (dough hook, beater, or whisk) with the attachment shaft.
- Push the accessory upwards onto the shaft and turn it slightly counter-clockwise until it locks into place.
- To remove, push the accessory upwards and turn it clockwise to release, then pull it down.
4.4. Using the Speed Settings

The mixer features 10-speed settings controlled by the knob on the side. Always start at a lower speed and gradually increase as needed to prevent splashing and ensure thorough mixing.
- Speeds 1-3 (Low): Ideal for slow stirring, combining dry ingredients, mashing potatoes, or starting dough.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

- Mixer Base: Wipe the exterior of the mixer base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the base in water.
