2. Safety Instructions

Always observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury or damage to the device:

  • Ensure the work area is clean, well-lit, and free from obstructions.

5. Setup

5.1 Battery Charging

Before first use, fully charge the lithium-ion battery.

  1. Connect the charger to a power outlet.
  2. Insert the battery into the charger.
  3. Allow approximately 6 hours for a full charge. The charger indicator light will change when charging is complete.
  4. Once charged, disconnect the battery from the charger and unplug the charger from the outlet.

5.2 Battery Installation

  1. Ensure the tile vibrator is turned off.
  2. Align the charged battery with the battery slot on the handle of the tile vibrator.
  3. Slide the battery into the slot until it clicks securely into place.
  4. To remove, press the battery release button (if present) and slide the battery out.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Preparing for Tiling

  • Ensure the tile surface and the suction cup are clean and free of dust or debris.
  • Apply tile adhesive to the floor or wall as per standard tiling practices.

6.2 Placing and Vibrating Tiles

  1. Position the tile vibrator's suction cup firmly onto the tile surface.
  2. Press the suction cup lever (if applicable) or apply downward pressure to create a strong vacuum seal. The self-locking handle will automatically lock when fully pulled out, maintaining suction.
  3. Carefully lift and place the tile onto the adhesive.
  4. Once the tile is in position, press the "FM Switch" button to activate the vibration function.
  5. Adjust the vibration frequency using the "FM Gear" button or rotary knob. There are 5 adjustable speeds to suit different tile sizes and adhesive consistencies. The gear display will show the current setting.
  6. Move the vibrator across the tile surface to ensure even distribution of adhesive and removal of air bubbles.
  7. To slightly correct the position of a tile, challenge the handle, pull the tile out, and adjust it in all directions.
  8. When finished, release the suction by pressing the release mechanism or by gently tilting the tool.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning

  • After each use, wipe down the tool, especially the suction cup, with a damp cloth to remove any adhesive residue or dust.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the tool.
  • Ensure the suction cup is completely clean and dry before storage to maintain its effectiveness.

7.2 Storage

  • Store the tile vibrator and its accessories in the provided carrying bag.
  • Keep the tool in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • If storing for an extended period, ensure batteries are partially charged (around 50%) to prolong their lifespan.
