- Barbell Rack Height Adjustment: The J-cups on the barbell rack can be adjusted to 7 different height positions, from 34 inches to 46 inches from the floor. 4.2 Using Safety Hooks
The barbell rack is equipped with safety hooks to prevent the barbell from tipping or rolling off the J-cups, especially when adding or removing weight plates.
- Always engage the safety hooks when the barbell is racked and not in active use.
- Ensure the barbell is properly seated within the J-cups and secured by the hooks before stepping away or changing weights.
