5. Maintenance

5.1. Battery Care

To prolong battery life and prevent premature failure, it is recommended to use a low-amp charger (e.g., 0.5A / 500mA) for regular charging. High-amp fast chargers (e.g., 2A) can potentially overheat the small battery.

  • Avoid extreme temperatures.
  • Do not fully discharge the battery regularly.

5.2. Cleaning

Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and body of the phone. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

5.3. Software Updates

Periodically check for system updates in the phone's settings to ensure you have the latest features and security patches.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Phone not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on.
  • Apps crashing or freezing: Close the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, restart the phone. Consider clearing the app's cache or reinstalling it.
  • Poor network signal: Check your SIM card installation. Ensure you are within network coverage. Verify your carrier supports the phone's network bands (2G: GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz, 3G: WCDMA B1/B5/B8, 4G FDD-LTE: B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20/B28/B28A; 4G TDD-LTE: B34/B38/B39/B40/B41).
  • Battery draining quickly: Reduce screen brightness, close unused apps, disable unnecessary connectivity features (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS) when not in use.
  • Screen unresponsive: Restart the phone by holding the power button. If unresponsive, force restart (refer to device-specific instructions if available, otherwise assume holding power button for extended period).
