- Load Items: Place the items to be sterilized inside the stainless steel inner bucket. Ensure items are arranged to allow steam circulation. Do not overfill.
- Close Lid: Securely close the autoclave lid, ensuring it is properly sealed.
- Power On: Turn on the main power switch. The digital control panel will illuminate.
- Set Sterilization Parameters:
- Press the 'SET' button to adjust the sterilization temperature and time.
- The operating temperature range for sterilization is 126 to 129 °C.
- The adjustable time range is 0 to 60 minutes.
- The system can recall the last set temperature and time for automatic sterilization without requiring a reset.
- Start Sterilization: Press the 'AUTO' button to begin the sterilization cycle. The unit will start heating.
- Purge Cold Air: Once steam begins to escape from the purge valve, manually open the purge valve to release cold air from the chamber. Close the valve once only pure steam is escaping. This ensures proper steam penetration.
- Monitoring: Monitor the pressure gauge and the digital display during the cycle. The working pressure range is typically 0.142-0.165 MPa.
- Cycle Completion: The unit will automatically complete the sterilization process according to the set parameters. An alarm will sound upon completion.
- Cool Down and Depressurize: Allow the autoclave to cool down naturally. Once the pressure gauge reads zero, carefully open the purge valve to ensure all remaining pressure is released before opening the lid.
- Remove Items: Using the provided insulation glove, carefully open the lid and remove the sterilized items.
