1. Turning On: Press and hold the "ON/OFF" button for approximately 5 seconds. The LED display will illuminate, typically starting on the fast heat setting (indicated by "H").
2. Adjusting Heat Settings: Press the "TEMP" button to cycle through the heat settings from 1 to 8.
   • "H" (Fast Heat): Provides rapid warming.
   • "1-8": Gradual heat levels, with 8 being the warmest.
