Read all instructions before using this heater. Failure to follow these instructions may result in fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
- This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces.
- Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
- Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
- Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
- Do not use outdoors.
- To disconnect heater, turn controls to OFF, then remove plug from outlet.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- This heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable vapors or liquids are used or stored.
- Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
- Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
- This heater includes a Patented Safer Plug® fire prevention technology. This technology monitors the temperature of the plug to prevent overheating. Should the plug temperature rise above safe levels, the plug will immediately shut off.

Setup and Placement
The heater comes fully assembled. Follow these guidelines for safe and effective placement.
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the heater and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Placement:
- Place the heater on a firm, level surface.
- Ensure there is at least 3 feet (0.9 m) of clear space around the front, sides, and rear of the heater from any combustible materials (e.g., furniture, curtains, bedding).
- Do not place the heater in areas where it may be easily tipped over.
- Avoid placing the heater in high-traffic areas where it could be a tripping hazard.
- Power Connection:
- Plug the heater directly into a 120V, 60Hz grounded wall outlet.
- Do not use an extension cord, power strip, or surge protector with this heater.
- Ensure the outlet is not overloaded with other high-wattage appliances.

Initial Operation:
- Plug the heater into a grounded 120V outlet.
- Press the Power Button (Ⓘ) to turn the heater ON. The display will show the default temperature or the last set temperature.
- Use the Temperature Up/Down buttons (▲/▼) to set your desired room temperature. The heater will cycle ON and OFF to maintain this temperature.
Using the Oscillation Function:
To activate the oscillation feature, press the Oscillation Button (↻) on the control panel or remote. The heater will begin to rotate from side to side, distributing heat more broadly. Press the button again to stop oscillation.

Setting the Timer:
The timer function allows you to set the heater to automatically turn off after a specified period.
- While the heater is ON, press the Timer Button (⏲).
- Each press will cycle through the available timer settings (e.g., 0.5 hours, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, up to 9 hours).
- The display will show the selected timer duration. The heater will operate for this duration and then automatically shut off.
- To cancel the timer, cycle through the settings until "00" or "OFF" is displayed, or turn the heater OFF.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your heater. Always unplug the heater before performing any maintenance.
Cleaning:
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Air Intake/Outlet: Periodically vacuum the air intake and outlet grilles to remove dust and debris. Ensure these areas are clear for proper airflow.
- Do not immerse the heater in water.
Storage:
When not in use, store the heater in a cool, dry location, preferably in its original packaging, to protect it from dust and damage.
