The Kuulaa 3-in-1 Charging Station offers a streamlined solution for charging multiple devices. 4. Setup

Unpack the charging station and the included USB-C charging cable.
Connect the USB-C end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the charging station.
Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible power adapter (not included). A Quick Charge (QC) 3.0 or Power Delivery (PD) adapter is recommended for optimal performance.
Place the charging station on a flat, stable surface.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Charging Your Devices

For iPhone (Mag-Safe Compatible): Place your iPhone (15/14/13/12 series) onto the magnetic wireless charging pad. The phone will snap into place and begin charging.
For Apple Watch: Place your Apple Watch onto the dedicated charging module. Ensure the watch is properly aligned for charging.
For AirPods: Place your AirPods case onto the designated charging area at the base of the station.

5.2 360° Rotation Feature

The magnetic charging pad for your iPhone allows for 360° free rotation. This enables you to easily switch between portrait and landscape mode while charging, ideal for watching videos, making calls, or browsing.

5.3 Colorful Light Ring Operation

The charging station features a colorful light ring that can be customized. To operate the light ring:

Switch On/Off: Touch the control ring and hold for 2 seconds to switch the light ring on or off.
Change Light Mode: Briefly touch the control ring to cycle through different light modes: Warm Light, Cold Light, Sleep Light, and Rainbow Light.

6. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your charging station, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:

Keep the device clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
Ensure the charging surfaces are free of dust and debris before placing devices.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Kuulaa 3-in-1 Charging Station, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

Problem	Possible Cause	Solution
Device not charging or charging slowly.	Incorrect power adapter; device misalignment; foreign objects on charging pad; phone case too thick.	Use a QC 3.0 or PD power adapter (5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.5A recommended). Ensure proper alignment of devices. Remove any foreign objects. Use a Mag-Safe compatible phone case or remove case if too thick.
Apple Watch not charging.	Watch not properly placed; incompatible watch model (e.g., Samsung Watch); charger malfunction.	Ensure the Apple Watch is correctly seated on the magnetic module. Note that this charger is designed for Apple Watch and may not be compatible with other smartwatch brands due to different magnetic polarities. If issue persists, contact customer service.
Light ring not working or stuck on one color.	Incorrect operation; temporary glitch.	Touch and hold the control ring for 2 seconds to turn it on/off. Briefly touch to cycle through colors. Disconnect and reconnect power to reset.
Charging station feels warm.	Normal operation; excessive heat due to environment or thick case.	Slight warmth during charging is normal. If it becomes excessively hot, remove devices and disconnect power. Ensure good ventilation and avoid charging in direct sunlight or hot environments. Remove thick phone cases.
