Key Features:
- AI Noise Cancellation & Mute: The headset's AI noise-canceling technology effectively blocks up to 99.8% of background noise, ensuring clear voice transmission. An instant mute function is available for mobile phone conversations, ideal for private discussions or eliminating unintended noise. Note: The mute button may not function when connected to non-mobile phone devices (e.g., computers).

- Dual Connection & Wide Compatibility: Equipped with Bluetooth 5.0, the headset connects swiftly to various devices. It seamlessly switches between computer meetings and incoming calls. For devices without Bluetooth, a USB adapter is included for faster pairing and stable connectivity. Note: When both USB and Bluetooth connections are active on a single device, the USB connection takes priority.

The headset supports dual Bluetooth connection, allowing simultaneous pairing with a laptop and a smartphone.

The headset offers flexible connectivity via Bluetooth 5.0 or a plug-and-play USB dongle for non-Bluetooth devices.
- 33ft/10m Working Range: Enjoy wireless freedom with an impressive working range of up to 33 feet (10 meters) from your connected device (computer, PC, tablet, or cellphone). For optimal stability, maintain an open distance and minimize interference from other wireless devices.

- Adjustable Headband and Bendable Microphone: Designed for all-day comfort, the headset features an adjustable and stretchable headband suitable for various head sizes. The flexible microphone can be positioned optimally for clear voice capture. Note: Position the microphone at least 10cm (4 inches) away from your mouth to prevent unclear sound.
- Long Battery Life with Charging Base: The headset provides up to 40 hours of work time and 400 hours of standby time on a 2-hour charge. It includes a plug-and-play charging base for convenient charging and storage, and can also be charged directly via the included USB-C cable. The charging base can provide a 30% boost in 30 minutes for emergency charging. Note: The headset is not supported for use while charging.

The headset can be charged via the included USB-C cable or conveniently placed on its inductive charging base.
4. Setup Guide
4.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge your headset. You have two charging options:
- Using the Charging Station: Connect the charging station to a power source using the Type-C charging cable. Place the headset onto the charging station. The base will show a steady blue light when plugged in. A breathing red light indicates the headset is charging, and a steady blue light indicates it is fully charged.
- Direct USB-C Charging: Connect the Type-C charging cable directly to the headset and a power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).
A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
4.2 Connecting Your Headset
4.2.1 Bluetooth Connection
- Ensure the headset is powered on and in pairing mode (refer to the headset's indicator light for pairing status, usually a blinking blue/red light).
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), go to Bluetooth settings.
- Search for available devices and select "TK-HS003" (or similar name) from the list.
- Once connected, the headset's indicator light will typically turn solid blue.
4.2.2 USB Adapter Connection
For devices without Bluetooth or for a more stable connection:
- Plug the included USB adapter into an available USB port on your computer or PC.
- Ensure the headset is powered on. It should automatically pair with the USB adapter.
- The indicator light on the USB adapter and/or headset will confirm a successful connection.
Note: If both Bluetooth and USB adapter are connected to the same device, the USB adapter connection will take priority.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the Power button (usually located on the earcup) for a few seconds until the indicator light illuminates.
- Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds until the indicator light turns off.
5.2 Call Control
- Answer/End Call: Press the Multi-function button (often indicated by a phone icon).
- Reject Call: Press and hold the Multi-function button for 2 seconds.

5.5 Microphone Positioning
For optimal voice clarity, adjust the bendable microphone boom. Ensure the microphone is positioned approximately 10cm (4 inches) away from your mouth. Positioning it too close can result in distorted or unclear sound.
6. Maintenance and Care
- Clean the headset regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Avoid exposing the headset to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
- Store the headset in a cool, dry place, preferably on its charging station, when not in use.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the headset yourself, as this will void the warranty.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Headset does not power on. | Low battery. | Charge the headset fully using the charging station or USB-C cable. |
| Cannot pair with device. | Headset not in pairing mode; device's Bluetooth is off; too many devices connected. | Ensure headset is in pairing mode (blinking indicator light). Turn on Bluetooth on your device. Disconnect other Bluetooth devices. Try restarting both headset and device. |
| No sound or poor sound quality. | Volume too low; headset not selected as audio output; connection interference. | Increase headset and device volume. Check audio output settings on your device. Move closer to the device or away from other wireless interference sources. |
| Microphone not working or unclear. | Microphone muted; incorrect positioning; AI noise cancellation limitations. | Ensure microphone is unmuted. Adjust microphone position to be about 10cm from your mouth. Note that AI Noise Cancellation is for environmental noise during calls, not for studio recording or general call recording. |
| Mute button not working on computer. | Mute function is optimized for mobile phone connections. | This is expected behavior. Use the mute function within your computer's software or application. |
| Short working range. | Obstacles or excessive wireless interference. | Ensure a clear line of sight between the headset and the connected device. Reduce the number of active wireless devices in the vicinity. |
