Setup
The SBS PowerBank 5K MagSafe is designed for immediate use. It may have some residual charge out of the box. For optimal performance, it is recommended to fully charge the power bank before its first use.
Operating Instructions
1. Charging the Power Bank
To charge the power bank, connect the provided USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C port and the other end to a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The LED indicators will illuminate to show the charging progress.
2. Charging Devices Wirelessly (MagSafe Compatible)
The power bank supports 5W wireless charging and is compatible with MagSafe technology. Simply align and attach the power bank magnetically to the back of your MagSafe-compatible smartphone or device. Charging will begin automatically. Ensure your device is compatible with MagSafe or has a MagSafe-compatible case for secure magnetic attachment.

3. Charging Devices via USB-C
To charge a device using a cable, connect your device's charging cable to the power bank's USB-C port. The power bank provides 10W output via USB-C. The Intelligent Charge (IC) system will automatically detect and deliver the optimal charging power for your connected device, preventing overheating and short circuits.

4. Power On/Off
The power bank features an ON/OFF button. Press it to activate or deactivate the charging function. The LED indicators will show the power bank's status.

LED Indicators
The power bank is equipped with LED lights to indicate the remaining charge level:
- 4 LEDs illuminated: 75-100% charge remaining
- 3 LEDs illuminated: 50-75% charge remaining
- 2 LEDs illuminated: 25-50% charge remaining
- 1 LED illuminated: 0-25% charge remaining (recharge soon)
During charging, the LEDs will blink to indicate progress and remain solid when fully charged.
Maintenance
- Clean the power bank with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- If not used for extended periods, charge the power bank at least once every three months to maintain battery health.
Troubleshooting
