Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance and its accessories.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Wash all removable parts (baskets, trays, racks, rotisserie spit) in warm, soapy water. Wipe the interior and exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembly.
  3. Placement: Place the air fryer oven on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 10-15 cm (4-6 inches) of clear space around the back and sides of the appliance for proper air circulation. Do not place it directly under cabinets.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  5. First Use (Burn-in): It is recommended to run the appliance empty for about 10-15 minutes at 180°C (350°F) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present during this initial use; this is normal. Ensure good ventilation during this process.

Operating Instructions

General Operation

  • Power On/Off: Press the Power button (K) to turn the appliance on or off.
  • Selecting a Preset: Once powered on, touch one of the preset icons (A) to select a cooking function. The default time and temperature for that function will appear on the display (G).
  • Adjusting Time and Temperature: Use the Temperature +/- buttons (E) and Time +/- buttons (I) to adjust the settings as needed for your recipe.
  • Starting/Pausing: Press the Start/Pause button (C) to begin cooking. Press it again to pause the cooking cycle.
  • Interior Light: Press the Light button (D) to illuminate the interior and check on your food.

Using Dual Zones and Special Functions

The EUARY AFTO2301DT features a unique divider board, allowing you to cook two different dishes simultaneously with independent settings.

  • Dual Cook:
    1. Place the divider board in the center slot.
    2. Load food into both zones.
    3. Select your desired preset or manually set time/temperature for Zone 1 using controls (B, E, I).
    4. Press the Dual Cook button (H). The settings from Zone 1 will be copied to Zone 2.
    5. Press Start/Pause (C) to begin cooking.
  • Sync Finish:
    1. Place the divider board in the center slot.
    2. Load food into both zones.
    3. Set desired cooking time and temperature for Zone 1 (B, E, I).
    4. Set desired cooking time and temperature for Zone 2 (L, E, I).
    5. Press the Sync Finish button (F). The oven will automatically adjust the start time for the zone with the shorter cooking duration so both zones finish simultaneously.
    6. Press Start/Pause (C) to begin cooking.
  • Rotisserie Function:
    1. Assemble the rotisserie spit with your food (e.g., a whole chicken).
    2. Insert the rotisserie spit into the designated slots inside the oven.
    3. Select the "ROTISS" preset or set manual time/temperature.
    4. Press the Rotisserie button (J) to activate the rotation.
    5. Press Start/Pause (C) to begin cooking.
