1. Setup

1.1 Filling the Clean Water and Solution Tanks

• No Suction: Check if the dirty water tank is properly seated and latched. Ensure the nozzle cover is securely attached. The dirty water tank might be full, requiring emptying.
• No Solution Dispensing: Verify that the clean water and solution tanks are filled and correctly installed. Check if the solution trigger is being pressed during forward passes. Ensure the 'Wash' setting is selected on the tank dial.
• Machine Not Turning On: Confirm the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check for tripped circuit breakers.
• Poor Cleaning Performance: Ensure brushes are clean and free of debris. Use the recommended Hoover cleaning solution. Perform multiple passes over heavily soiled areas.
