5. Operating Instructions
The WOYO PDR007 is designed for ease of use, allowing skilled operators to quickly become proficient. The repair method involves rapid, focused heating induction on the area surrounding the dent, which causes the dent to stretch and repair itself.
5.1. Dent Application Suitability
The WOYO PDR007 is most effective on soft dents. The closer the dent is to the central part of a panel, the easier it will be to repair. This product is not suitable for sharp dents or dents on aluminum body material.

5.2. Time Control Mode (Suggested for Dark-Colored Dents)
In Time Control Mode, the working time can be preset while the power is fixed at 100%. This mode is particularly useful for precise heating durations to avoid overheating or burning the paint.
- Preset Time: Use the controls on the main unit to set the desired heating duration. The time setting range is from 0.5 seconds to 4 seconds.
- Operation: Once the time is set, activate the repair handle. The device will automatically stop heating after the preset time has elapsed.
- "MAX" Dial: An additional "MAX" dial is available to extend the working time beyond the preset range if needed for specific applications.
5.3. Power Control Mode (Suggested for Light-Colored Dents)
In Power Control Mode, the output power can be preset from 20% to 100%. This mode allows for manual control over the heating duration by activating and deactivating the repair handle.
- Preset Power: Adjust the power output percentage on the main unit's display.
- Operation: The working time is controlled by pressing and releasing the ON/OFF button on the repair handle. This allows for continuous monitoring and adjustment of the heating process.
