Setup and Installation

Wall Mount Installation

1. Select a suitable mounting location on a sturdy wall, such as a wooden stud or concrete surface, ensuring it is within reach of a water source.
2. Position the mounting bracket at the desired height and mark the drill holes.
3. Drill pilot holes according to the bracket's specifications.
4. Securely attach the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate fasteners (not included).
5. Slide the hose reel unit onto the mounting bracket until it clicks into place. Ensure it is firmly seated.
6. Connect the inlet hose from the reel to your water tap using the quick connector.

Optional Installation

For greater versatility, the hose reel can also be installed using an optional floor bracket or ground post (sold separately) to achieve a full 360-degree rotation. Refer to the instructions provided with these accessories for specific installation steps.

Operating Instructions

Extending the Hose

Gently pull the hose out from the reel to the desired length. The hose will automatically lock in place at intervals.

Locking the Hose

To lock the hose at a specific length, simply stop pulling when you reach the desired point. The internal mechanism will engage, holding the hose in place.

Retracting the Hose

To retract the hose, give it a short, firm tug. This will disengage the locking mechanism, and the hose will slowly and automatically rewind into the reel. Guide the hose gently to ensure smooth layering and prevent tangling.

Using the Nozzles

Attach either the 9-pattern spray nozzle or the adjustable shot nozzle to the end of the hose using the quick connector. Both nozzles feature a thumb control on/off switch for convenient water flow management. Select the desired spray pattern on the 9-pattern nozzle or adjust the spray from pinpoint to full on the adjustable shot nozzle.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the hose reel with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Hose Care: Periodically inspect the hose for any signs of wear, kinks, or damage. Replace if necessary.
• Winter Storage: Before the first frost, disconnect the hose reel from the water supply. Drain all water from the hose and the reel. Store the unit in a dry, frost-free location to prevent damage from freezing.
• Lubrication: No internal lubrication is required.

Troubleshooting
