3. What's in the Box

4. Setup
4.1 Initial Charging of the Power Bank
- Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the USB-C port on the power bank.
- Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into a compatible USB-C wall adapter (not included).
- The LCD display on the power bank will show the charging percentage. Charge the power bank until it reaches 100% for optimal performance.
4.2 Attaching to Your iPhone
Ensure your iPhone is a 12 series or newer, or is equipped with a MagSafe compatible case.
- Align the back of the power bank with the MagSafe area on your iPhone.
- The power bank will magnetically snap into place, and wireless charging will begin automatically.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Wireless Charging (MagSafe)
Once the power bank is magnetically attached to your compatible iPhone, wireless charging will commence. The LCD display will show the power bank's remaining charge, and your iPhone will indicate that it is charging.
5.2 Wired Charging (USB-C)
To charge devices via cable:
- Connect one end of a USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C port.
- Connect the other end to your device's charging port.
- The power bank will automatically detect the device and begin charging.

5.3 Pass-Through Charging
The HETP power bank supports pass-through charging, allowing you to charge your phone wirelessly while simultaneously recharging the power bank itself via the USB-C input. This provides uninterrupted power for both devices.

5.4 LCD Display
The integrated LCD display shows the precise percentage of battery remaining in the power bank. This allows you to easily monitor its charge level and know when it needs to be recharged.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of the power bank. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the power bank frequently. Recharge it when the battery level is low. If storing for extended periods, charge it to about 50-70% every 3 months.
