Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your Melomania M100 earbuds and charging case. The case can be charged via the included USB-C cable or a compatible Qi wireless charging pad (not included).

• Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port on the back of the case and to a power source.
• Alternatively, place the charging case on a Qi-compatible wireless charging pad.
• The three LED indicator lights on the front of the case will show the charging status and battery level.

2. Pairing with Your Device

The Melomania M100 earbuds utilize Bluetooth 5.3 for stable and high-quality connections.

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by flashing lights on the earbuds.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
3. Select "Cambridge Audio M100" from the list of available devices.
4. Once connected, the earbud lights will stop flashing.
5. For subsequent connections, simply open the case, and the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device.
6. To initiate pairing manually or pair with a new device, press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button located on the top of the charging case for a few seconds until the indicator lights flash rapidly.

3. Achieving the Best Fit

Proper fit is crucial for optimal sound quality and noise cancellation. The Melomania M100 comes with 5 pairs of ear tips (3 silicone, 2 premium memory foam) to ensure a comfortable and secure seal.

• Experiment with different sizes and materials of ear tips.
• Gently insert the earbud into your ear canal and twist slightly to create a snug fit.
• A good seal will provide better bass response and more effective noise cancellation.

4. Melomania Connect App Installation

Enhance your listening experience by installing the Melomania Connect companion app, available on Google Play and the App Store. The app allows for custom equalizer settings, firmware updates, and more.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on and attempt to connect to the last paired device.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically disconnect and power off.

2. Touch Controls

The Melomania M100 earbuds feature intuitive touch controls for managing playback, calls, and modes.

3. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) & Transparency Mode

The Melomania M100 features adaptive hybrid ANC with three modes:

• ANC On: Reduces ambient noise for an immersive listening experience.
• Transparency Mode: Allows you to hear your surroundings while still enjoying your audio, useful for conversations or awareness.
• Normal Mode: ANC and Transparency are off.

Cycle through these modes using the touch controls or the Melomania Connect app.

4. Custom Equalizer (EQ)

Use the Melomania Connect app to personalize your sound. The app includes a 7-band graphic equalizer, allowing you to create custom EQ profiles or select from pre-set options.

5. Low Latency Gaming Mode

For gaming or video consumption, activate the Low Latency Gaming Mode via the Melomania Connect app to minimize audio delay and ensure synchronized sound with visuals.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning Your Earbuds and Case
