5. Setup and Installation
5.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the light and to a suitable USB power adapter (not included). A full charge takes approximately 8.5 hours.

5.2 Mounting the Wall Light
- Choose a suitable location on an outdoor wall, ensuring it is within the desired detection range for the motion sensor and away from direct obstructions.
- Mark the drilling points on the wall using the light's mounting plate as a template.
- Drill holes at the marked positions and insert the wall plugs.
- Secure the mounting plate to the wall using the provided screws.
- Attach the BRILONER LED Outdoor Wall Light to the mounted plate, ensuring it is firmly secured.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Motion Sensor Functionality
The integrated motion sensor detects movement within a 100° angle and up to 5 meters. Once motion is detected, the light will activate for approximately 20 seconds. This duration is fixed and cannot be adjusted.
6.2 Twilight Sensor
The twilight sensor ensures the light only activates when ambient light levels are low. It can be adjusted to activate between 5 and 25 lux. This prevents the light from turning on unnecessarily during daylight hours, conserving battery life.

6.3 Automatic Operation
Once installed and charged, the light operates automatically. It will remain off during daylight and activate for 20 seconds when motion is detected in low light conditions, as determined by the twilight sensor setting.
7. Charging the Battery
The wall light is equipped with a built-in Lithium-ion battery. To charge, open the protective cover over the USB-C port and connect the provided USB-C cable to a power source. The charging indicator (if present) will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 8.5 hours and provides up to 20 hours of illumination duration (based on typical usage patterns).
Recommendation:
To preserve battery life and ensure consistent performance, it is recommended to charge the lamp regularly and after each period of extended use.
8. Maintenance
8.1 Cleaning
Clean the exterior of the light with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the finish or electronic components. Ensure the USB-C port cover is securely closed after charging to maintain IP44 rating.
8.2 Battery Care
Avoid completely draining the battery frequently. For optimal battery health, charge the device before the battery is fully depleted. If storing the light for an extended period, charge it to about 50% and recharge every few months to prevent deep discharge.
