1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the TTROARDS 16P-D Brushless Motor Drone. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your new drone. Please read it thoroughly before first use and retain it for future reference.

The 16P-D drone is designed for both beginners and experienced users, featuring powerful brushless motors for stable and fast flights, a 4K HD adjustable camera for high-quality aerial photography and video, and advanced optical flow positioning for enhanced stability.

2. Safety Guidelines

Always operate the drone in open areas, away from people, animals, and obstacles. Do not fly in strong winds (wind protection level 4 is supported, but extreme conditions should be avoided). Ensure all propellers are securely attached before flight. Keep fingers and loose clothing away from rotating parts.

Regularly check the drone and its components for any damage. Do not attempt to modify the drone. Use only original or manufacturer-approved replacement parts.

For optimal performance and safety, ensure batteries are fully charged before each flight. Do not overcharge batteries. Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Battery

The drone comes with a 3.7V 1600mAh modular battery. Use the provided Micro-USB charging cable to charge the battery. Connect the cable to the battery and a compatible USB power source (not included). The charging indicator light on the battery will show its status. Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use.

4.2 Installing Remote Control Batteries

The remote control requires 3 AA batteries (not included). Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control using the provided screwdriver. Insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment securely.

4.3 Unfolding the Drone

The TTROARDS 16P-D drone features a foldable design for portability. Gently unfold the drone arms until they lock into place. Ensure all four arms are fully extended before flight.

4.4 Installing the Drone Battery

Insert the charged modular battery into the battery compartment on the rear of the drone until it clicks securely into place.

5. Operating the Drone

5.1 Powering On and Pairing

  1. Press and hold the power button on the top of the drone until the indicator lights turn on.
  2. Turn on the remote control. The remote will automatically pair with the drone.
  3. For FPV (First Person View) and advanced controls, download the "Fly Plus" app (available on Android and iOS) and connect your smartphone to the drone's 5G WiFi network.

5.4 Camera Operation

The drone's 4K HD camera can be adjusted remotely for optimal viewing angles. Use the dedicated controls on the remote or within the "Fly Plus" app to adjust the camera lens. Real-time FPV transmission is available via the 5G WiFi signal.
