- NDI Upgrade: Note that NDI functionality for some devices may require an additional license purchase and firmware upgrade. Refer to FoMaKo support for details.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- No Power: Ensure all power cables are securely connected and power outlets are functional. Check power indicators on each device.
- No Video Output: Verify HDMI/SDI/USB cables are correctly connected. Check input selections on the mixer and display monitors. Ensure cameras are powered on and outputting video.
- Camera Not Responding to Controller: Confirm the control cable (Ethernet, RS232, etc.) is properly connected. Check communication protocol settings (VISCA, PELCO-P/D) and IP addresses for IP control. Ensure the correct camera is selected on the controller.
- AI Auto Tracking Issues: Ensure the tracking feature is enabled. Check lighting conditions and subject visibility. Avoid rapid, erratic movements that may confuse the tracking algorithm.
- USB Recording Failure: Verify the USB storage device is properly formatted and has sufficient free space. Check the recording settings on the KC601 Pro mixer.
