Selecting Alert Tone:
A switch on the pager allows you to select between different alert tones:
- DINGDONG: Provides a loud chime or doorbell-like alert.
- ALARM: Activates a continuous siren when a signal is received from a paired component.

Troubleshooting
Pairing Issues:
If you encounter difficulties programming components to the pager, especially if some components pair but others do not, it may indicate that you are not performing the steps quickly enough. The pairing process often requires quick action (e.g., within 3 seconds) after switching the pager mode.
- Start Over: If a component fails to pair, you may need to restart the entire pairing process from the beginning for that specific component.
- New Component Requirement: The first component programmed to the pager MUST be a new component that has not been previously paired. If you attempt to program a component that was already paired, the pager may not initiate the programming sequence.
