5. Troubleshooting

5.1 Connectivity Issues

  • 2.4 GHz / Bluetooth Disconnection: Ensure the keyboard is charged. Verify the correct mode switch (2.4G/BT/Cable) is selected. For 2.4 GHz, ensure the receiver is securely plugged into a USB port. For Bluetooth, ensure the keyboard is paired correctly and within range. Try re-pairing if issues persist.
  • Wired Connection Not Detected: Check the USB-C cable connection at both the keyboard and the computer. Try a different USB port or cable.

5.2 Key Not Responding / Incorrect Input

  • Single Key: Check for debris under the keycap. If using QMK/VIA, ensure the key has not been accidentally remapped to a blank function.
  • Multiple Keys: Ensure the correct operating system mode (Win/Mac) is selected. Try resetting the keyboard to factory defaults if customization issues are suspected.

5.3 Backlight Issues

  • Backlight Off: Ensure the backlight is not turned off or set to minimum brightness. Use the designated key combinations to adjust brightness.
  • Inconsistent Lighting: This may indicate a low battery. Charge the keyboard fully.
