Maintenance

Water Resistance

This watch is water resistant to 330 feet (100 meters). This means it is suitable for showering, swimming, and snorkeling. However, it is not recommended for scuba diving. Avoid operating buttons underwater to prevent water entry.

Battery Replacement

The watch uses 1 Product Specific battery (included). When the display becomes dim or functions become erratic, it may be time to replace the battery. Battery replacement should ideally be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and water resistance.

Cleaning

To clean your watch, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the resin case and strap.

Troubleshooting

  • Display is dim or blank: The battery may be low or depleted. Replace the battery.
  • Buttons are unresponsive: Ensure the watch is not in a locked mode (if applicable, though not specified for this model). If the issue persists after a battery change, a professional inspection may be required.
  • Time is incorrect: Re-set the time and date following the instructions in the "Setup" section. Check if the 12/24-hour format is set correctly.
  • Water inside the watch: Immediately take the watch to a professional watch repair service. Do not attempt to open it yourself, as this can void the warranty and cause further damage.
