2. Setup

2.1 What's in the Box

2.2 Inserting SIM and MicroSD Cards

  1. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of your device.
  2. Insert the SIM ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray and press firmly until the tray pops out.
  3. Place your Nano-SIM card(s) and/or MicroSD card into the tray with the gold contacts facing down, ensuring they are correctly aligned.
  4. Carefully push the tray back into the slot until it is flush with the phone's body.

2.3 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge your realme Note 50. Connect the USB cable to the phone's charging port and the other end to a compatible power adapter. The battery indicator will show charging status.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 Device Not Turning On

Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the phone to a charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power it on again. If the issue persists, try a forced restart by holding the Power button for 10-15 seconds.
