4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly typically takes approximately 35-40 minutes with two people. No additional tools are required beyond what is provided.

4.1 Preparation

• Clear an open space for assembly.
• Unpack all components and lay them out on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
• Identify all parts against the package contents list.

4.2 Assembly Steps

1. Attach Side Rails to Headboard: Secure the side rails to the headboard using the provided hardware. Ensure all bolts are tightened firmly.
2. Attach Side Rails to Footboard: Connect the other end of the side rails to the footboard. Double-check all connections for stability.
3. Install Center Support: Place the center support beam and attach its legs. This provides crucial support for the mattress.
4. Place Wood Slats: Lay the solid wood slats across the bed frame. The slats are designed with Velcro strips for quick and secure attachment to the frame, preventing movement and noise.

5. Insert Storage Drawers: Slide the two storage drawers into the designated slots at the footboard. The drawers feature high-quality silent wheels for smooth operation and Velcro strips to prevent sliding.

6. Connect LED Lights: Plug the LED light strip adapter into a power outlet. The LED lights are pre-installed in the headboard.

Your bed frame is now assembled. Place your mattress directly on the slats; a box spring is not required.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 LED Light Operation

The smart LED lights integrated into the headboard can be controlled via three methods:

• Remote Control: Use the provided remote to power on/off, change colors (over 16 million options), adjust brightness, select from 20+ preset light effects (flash, wave, etc.), and set timers.
• Smartphone App: Download the dedicated app (available on Google Play and App Store) to access advanced features, including music sync mode, microphone mode, and custom lighting scenes.
• Adapter Button: A basic control button on the power adapter allows for simple on/off and color cycling.

5.2 Headboard Adjustment

The headboard height is adjustable from 45 inches to 48 inches to accommodate various mattress thicknesses (recommended 10-12 inches). Adjust the headboard height during assembly or by loosening and re-tightening the appropriate bolts on the headboard supports.

5.3 Storage Drawer Usage

The two large steel storage drawers at the footboard provide convenient storage. Pull them out gently using the handles. The silent wheels ensure smooth operation. When not in use, push them back fully until the Velcro strips engage to prevent accidental sliding.

6.1 Cleaning

• Upholstered Parts: The velvet fabric should be dry cleaned only. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
• Frame: Wipe metal and wood parts with a soft, dry cloth.
