1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Information

3. Assembly Instructions

  2. Assemble Coupler Bars: Connect the left and right coupler bars. Tighten both ends using the provided hinge screws.
  3. Attach Coupler Bar to Pedal Post: Secure the assembled coupler bar to the pedal post. For the left crank screw, rotate counterclockwise. For the right crank screw, rotate clockwise. Secure with an M12 nut.
  4. Attach Pedals: Attach the foot pedals to the pedal arms using two bolts. Ensure the nuts underneath are tight.
  5. Fix Seat Post to Seat: Secure the seat post to the seat using the provided hardware.
  6. Insert Seat into Main Frame: Slide the seat tube onto the seat post, then insert the entire assembly into the main frame. Secure it using the screw knob.
  7. Place Main Post into Frame: Carefully place the main post, which holds the handlebars and monitor, into the main frame. Secure it with the locking knobs.
  8. Attach Handlebars: Attach the handlebars to the main post using the locking knobs.
  9. Install LCD Monitor: Place the computer (LCD monitor) onto its holder on the main post. Connect the ends of the sensor wires to the monitor.
  10. Adjust Seat Height: Adjust the seat to your preferred height for comfortable use, then secure it.

4.2 Adjusting Resistance
