4. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Keep packaging materials for storage or disposal.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Cut ingredients into pieces that fit easily into the feed chute. Remove hard pits from fruits (e.g., peaches, cherries) and tough seeds. For leafy greens, roll them into tight balls.
2. Select Speed Mode: Turn the control dial on the motor base to the desired setting:
   • SOFT MODE (85-100 RPM): Ideal for softer fruits and vegetables such as oranges, watermelon, grapes, tomatoes, and leafy greens.
   • HARD MODE (95-110 RPM): Suitable for harder produce like apples, pears, carrots, celery, and ginger.
3. Start Juicing: Slowly feed the prepared ingredients into the feed chute. Use the food pusher to gently guide the ingredients down. Do not force ingredients into the chute, as this can damage the motor or clog the juicer.
4. Reverse Function: If ingredients become jammed or the juicer stops, turn the control dial to the 'Rev' (Reverse) position for a few seconds to clear the blockage. Then, switch back to 'O' (Off) before selecting 'Soft' or 'Hard' mode to resume juicing.
5. Continuous Operation: The juicer is designed to operate for approximately 20 minutes continuously. If you need to juice for longer, allow the motor to rest for 10-15 minutes after each 20-minute cycle to prevent overheating.
6. Finish Juicing: Once you have finished juicing, turn the control dial to the 'O' (Off) position and unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
