Setup

2. Place the base unit on a stable, level surface away from the edge of the counter.

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to create delicious frozen drinks:

1. Prepare Ingredients: Ensure your sugar-based drink or juice is chilled. Have crushed ice and rock salt ready.
2. Add Ice and Salt: Fill the inner aluminum cylinder with crushed ice up to the indicated line. Add 2-3 tablespoons of rock salt over the ice.
3. Add Beverage: Pour your desired sugar-based drink into the outer freezing chamber, ensuring it does not exceed the MAX FILL line.
4. Secure Lid: Place the lid securely on the freezing chamber.
5. Select Mode: Use the 3-way switch located on the side of the base unit. Move the switch to the FREEZE position to begin the freezing process. The dasher will start rotating.
6. Monitor Freezing: Allow the machine to operate for approximately 15-25 minutes, or until the desired slush consistency is achieved. The clear chamber allows you to observe the process.
7. Dispense Drink: Once the drink reaches the desired consistency, move the 3-way switch to the DISPENSE position. Place a cup under the easy-flow spout and press the dispensing lever to serve.
8. Turn Off: When finished, move the switch to the OFF position and unplug the unit.

Cleaning and Maintenance
